What netroas is
netroas is an MCP server that connects your Google Ads account (and optionally GA4, Search Console and Merchant Center) to an AI assistant. The assistant shows audits, reports and proposals and makes account changes only after you confirm them. Details: documentation.
Pilot
The service runs as a pilot: features and prices may change, and availability (including Google sign-in) is not guaranteed.

PLN prices are net + VAT; USD and EUR are regional prices net of taxes, not exchange-rate conversions. Managed care is an optional add-on. Safety limits apply on every plan.

Your responsibilities
- You connect only accounts you are authorised to use and to have changed.
- You authorise every change: the assistant shows a preview (what, where, how much, whether reversible), and execution follows your “yes” for that proposal.
- The AI assistant can make mistakes — check the preview before confirming.
- You enable autopilot separately on the netroas website, at the earliest after 14 days in confirmation mode; you can turn it off at any time.
- The server enforces safety limits (including budget ±20 % per change, target ±10 %, 7 days between structural campaign changes, at most 35 % budget change in 30 days) and may refuse a change.
- You keep the private account address and sign-in details safe and do not share them with unauthorised people.
No guarantee of results
netroas does not guarantee campaign results, sales or savings. Amounts in an audit are spend without conversions in the period examined, not a promise.
Liability
The provider's liability is limited to [LIMIT ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCI], except for damage caused intentionally [DO WERYFIKACJI PRAWNEJ]. We are not responsible for the operation of Google services or AI assistants.
Termination
You can revoke Google access, disconnect the connector and ask for data deletion at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms, abuse or non-payment.
